You bring something you are working on and what to resolve, improve, check, explore, discover, or frankly anything. We go through all the aspects around it, and identify potential ways forward, for you and your business or professional problem. We evaluate the options, so you can select and decide on what you want to go and do.
How long does it last?
It lasts just one hour. If you need more time, perhaps for further discussion, development or some support, it can be booked.
How do we do we meet for the Business Power Hour?
We meet virtually using MS Teams.
If we need to do face to face, then travel time and expenses will be additional.
How does a Business Power Hour work?
You bring the project/challenge you are working on to the meeting and we then:
- Review your opportunity, project, issue or problem;
- Share your thoughts on how to overcome it;
- Respond to questions about how to resolve the issue or challenge;
- Outline of the resources you need;
- Identify any gaps in your thinking
- Review/develop your budget;
- Create a time plan to get it done.
We may use various tools to support you which may include:
- SWOT analysis
- Risk assessment
- Financial Modelling
- Ishikawa/Cause and effect analysis
- Brainstorm
- Questioning
- etc etc
