How Long We Keep Your Data
- Customer and transaction data: six years for tax, or ten years for digital product sales
- Marketing data: up to three years after your last interaction, unless you unsubscribe earlier
- Comments and user accounts: retained until you delete your account or request removal
We may anonymise data for research or statistical purposes. Once anonymised it can no longer be linked to you and may be used without limit.
How We Protect Your Data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure. Access is limited to staff and trusted contractors who need it for business reasons and are bound by confidentiality. We have procedures to deal with any suspected data breach and will notify you and the ICO where legally required.
