I have been project lead on multi stream international programmes, implementing best practice, optimised processes, new systems including SAP and SAP APO, and being responsible for Change Management. Plus 7 years running different factories and 23 years running 3 small businesses. I am now helping 15+ business from startup to £30m helping you achieve what you want to do. I am also a fun loving dad of 5 amazing sons from 23 down to 14. I am mad for climbing especially 'trad' and sport and have had lots of great times doing routes with my family. I am also a husband to an incredible woman who always inspires me, I am lucky enough to go dancing with when we get time.
