A typical package is £10 – £12k

Business Coaching Session

  • Style: 
    • You are asked questions to help you work out and discover your own solutions and the path to achieving them.
  • Coaching sessions:
    • 2 sessions per month
    • Duration 12 months

Business Mentoring Session

  • Style: 
    • You are asked probling and challenging questions to help you identify and understand your problesm,  reflect and uncover your own solutions and support you where needed in this process. 
    • You will be helped to focus on the outcomes and goals you wish to achieve, reflect on the process you want to go through to achieving them, and identify the things you need to help your business become even more successful.
    • With your agreement, we may offer some ideas, advice or guidance on how to do or improve something.
  • Mentoring sessions:
    • 2 sessions per month
    • One 1/2 day session per year
    • Duration 12 months

Business Consulting

This is where we roll our sleeves up and work alongside you to make things happen and envision, strategise or execute, against agreed outputs.

Travel and Expenses

  • Virtual meetings
    • There are unlikely to be expenses for virtual work, but any face-to-face meetings or training sessions will incur expenses.
  • Face to face meetings
    • We charge back expenses for travel are at 45p/mile by car, or a 2nd Class rail fare under 2 hours travel and 1st Class above 2 hours travel duration.
    • Tolls and road charging will be passed on at cost.
    • Expenses for food and drinks are at cost which may be supermarket food or in restaurants, depending on the situation. If we are out together or with your team, you will pay the bill.
    • If accommodation is required, expenses for accommodation will be chargeable at cost, typically 3* plus suitable hotels.
  • VAT on expenses
    • As we are a VAT-registered business, when we recharge our expenses to you, even if we recharge the main item back to you at cost, we still have to charge VAT @20% on all of those transactions, even if the original expense didn’t incur VAT in the first place. This means that we still need to add VAT on even zero-rated expenses when we recharge you.   Luckily if  you are also VAT registered, you can reclaim it.

Credit terms

I don’t provide credit terms and sessions are expected to be paid for in advance.  It helps with your commitment and focus on making the most of our time together, and your motivation to do the actions you identify.   It avoids additional expense for me to run and fund a credit control function, and these savings are passed on to you.

Terms and Conditions

I have a set of Terms and Conditions for working with mentees commercially and we sign a contract I provide to agree how we will work together.   I will contact you with your contract when we agree to work together.
