Your business challenges might be to do with your people, systems or processes, so given the breadth of a mentor will apply their skills and experience at helping you develop your thinking, your plans, and then helping you review your execution and the impact these changes have on our business performance. A good mentor will bring their experience, knowledge and skill to help ask you the right questions to set clear, well defined goals, with a clear plan for execution.
